When it's time to feed an army, nothing beats the RecTeq 2500 BFG.  I can easily fit enough pork butts to feed over 250 people.

These tubs work great for applying rubs and for pulling pork butts.  I keep several sizes on hand.  They also have BBQ blankets for resting your butts or briskets.
